Shipping

Shipping within the continental US is free.  Packages are sent overnight and insured via Fedex.  An adult signature is required for delivery, so each shipment is arranged with the customer to ensure its secure and expected arrival.

We do not offer refunds on jewelry purchases.  Purchases may be returned for store credit only and any return must be initiated within 3 days of delivery date.  Store credit may be used for in-stock, made-to-order or custom jewelry.

Please allow 14 days from our receipt of the returned jewelry to process the exchange credit.  All returned jewelry must be presented in new condition, in its original packaging and accompanied by the sales receipt.  Items that show signs of wear cannot be exchanged.

All engraved, custom order, and personalized items are final sale and non-returnable.

If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, or if we made a mistake, please contact us to process your return.  We will pay for return shipping and issue an exchange upon our receipt of the item.
